1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges, if any.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


2. Product Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product received is incorrect or not as ordered

The customer must notify ECM Market within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • ECM units that have been programmed or configured

  • Software-based services and remote support services

  • Custom orders or specially sourced products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical issues


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our technical team.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from ECM Market.


5. Warranty-Related Repairs (No Refund)

  • Products covered under warranty are eligible for repair, not refund, unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping or air freight charges when sending products to ECM Market for warranty inspection or repair.

  • Repairs will be carried out by ECM Market technicians as per warranty terms.


6. Service Cancellations

  • Service bookings may be cancelled before service commencement by informing ECM Market in advance.

  • Once a service has started or remote support has been provided, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.


7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests will be considered only after inspection and approval.

  • Replacement availability depends on stock and product condition.


8. Processing Time

All refund, replacement, or repair requests are handled as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on product type, inspection duration, and logistics.


9. Policy Updates

ECM Market reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
